CORE.

The Confidence Lab specializes in Creative Thinking, Learning and Expression with personality development. Our carefully-designed original curriculum facilitates deep learning, creative thinking, practical skill-acquisition, through creative expression while building curiosity, courage & confidence. Our unique training methodology involves using a variety of activities, games, and assignments to imbue knowledge and passion into its learners.

We work towards creating individuals who are passionate about what they do and strive to better themselves. The Confidence Lab provides a place to bridge the gap between dream and reality and helps learners realize their full potential in a safe, comfortable environment that pays attention to their individual needs. At its core, The Gaia Centre is about spreading Fun, Self-Belief, and Creative Expression around the universe.

FOCUS.

With emphasis on honesty, integrity, independence, curiosity, confidence, and skill, our Team guide learners through courses in Acting, Art, Public Speaking/Communication Skills, Movement/Dance, Creative/Academic Writing, Storytelling, and powerful Language Development. Our curriculum consists of progressive training, detailed portfolio creation, and assessment programs for all our learners. We encourage our learners to balance their in-class training with real-life skill applications and understand the concept of being in-sync with nature through the journey of creative learning & self-belief. We prepare learners for International Exams at Trinity College London.

FUN.

Every class was something new and interesting. There was never a day where I felt bored or annoyed. There was a lot of creativity and a constant change in approach when overcoming an arduous task. The brainstorming, character building, and just the whole experience altogether was extremely fun.
